HOW IT WORKS

Calculating Your Level

  • Every Cobalt Kings member can participate in Star Rewards.
  • *Your Star Rewards Level is determined by calculating the lowest value of either your deposits or your wagering during the previous calendar week (GMT).
  • For example, if you deposit 55 and wager 165 during the previous calendar week, you will earn Level 2 Star Rewards for this week as the lowest of the two numbers is 55.

Calculating Your Rewards

  • We have a delightful Star Rewards Team who will be busy every Monday calculating your Star Rewards.
  • Your Star Rewards Wheel will be unlocked before 6pm Monday each week.
  • Your Star Rewards will be unlocked most days during the week to give you the fun daily.

Rewards Wheels

  • The Cobalt Kings Star Rewards Wheel gives you a chance to win spins, bonus, vouchers, prizes, or cash.
  • You can receive multiple Wheels during a week.
  • If you win a tangible prize, you need to contact us at promotions@cobaltkings.com to confirm your details for us to send the prize.

Terms & Conditions
    • Star Rewards (the “Promotion”) is available to active funded members of Cobalt Kings.
    • This promotion commences Monday 31 August 2020. This is an ongoing promotion, currently without an end date. We will provide reasonable notice of when the promotion is to come to an end.
    • Cobalt Kings reserves the right to amend or remove the Promotion or any part of the promotion at any time without notice.
    • You are considered to have Opted In to the Promotion upon spinning the Cobalt Kings Wheel or claiming any of the Vouchers.
    • Star Rewards Level is determined based on depositing and wagering activity for the previous calendar week starting 00:00 Monday to 23:59 the previous Sunday. Times are GMT.
    • To reach a Star Rewards Level you must deposit the minimum amount for that level AND you must wager the minimum amount for that level (“Spend”).
    • Star Rewards Level is determined by the lowest value number of your deposits or wagers for the previous week. For example, if you deposit 25 and wager 125 for the previous week, your Star Rewards Level will be Level 1 as this is based on the lowest value of the two, which is 25.
    • If either your deposit value or your wagering value is less than 20 for the calendar week, you will not qualify for the Star Rewards promotion that week.
    • Only wagering with real funds will count towards the wagering amount; bonus funds will not count towards your wagering amount.
    • Your wagering value is calculated on bingo, scratch card, and slots wagering only. Casino table games are not valid for calculating your wagering value.
    • Levels do not carry over to the following week.
    • Rewards are calculated every Monday and will be added to your account throughout the week as follows:
      • Rewards Wheel – before 6pm Monday
      • Jackpot Spins – Tuesday
      • Netent Spins – Wednesday
      • Superstar Wheel – Thursday
      • Speed Vouchers – Friday
      • Bonus Spins – Saturday
    • All Star Rewards vouchers will be available until the following Monday.
    • Should we have reason to believe a Cobalt Kings member is attempting to abuse the Promotion, we reserve the right to downgrade that member’s Star Rewards Level, or withhold Rewards, or close that member's account.

    REWARDS

    • Rewards Wheel and Superstar Wheel
    • Prizes on the Rewards Wheel and Superstar Wheel (the “Wheels”) are varied and change regularly.
    • Prizes on the Wheels can include Bonus Spins, Free Spins, Speed Vouchers, Games Bonus, Real Cash, and tangible prizes.
    • All prizes on the Cobalt Kings Wheels are subject to the relevant wagering requirements as outlined below.
    • Players who reach level 4 are awarded a Superstar Wheel. An additional Superstar Wheel is added for every 250 deposited and wagered during the calendar week. The maximum number of Superstar Wheels that can be granted per member per week is 5. Qualifying for a Superstar Wheel in any week means a player will also receive an additional Superstar Wheel if they qualify for Level 1, 2, or 3 during the following four weeks.
    • Wheels will be available to spin for 30 days from being awarded.

    Bonus Spins and Speed Vouchers

    • Once players use all of their Bonus Spins, the total winning points that they have accumulated from using the Bonus Spins will be converted into a games bonus: Every 100 points = 1 in games bonus funds (subject to the maximum winning amount below).
    • Bonus Spins points winnings are converted into games bonus once the full voucher has been used.
    • Bonus Spins winnings are capped at 10 in games bonus funds.
    • Speed Vouchers credit unlimited spins within the time allocated on the speed voucher.
    • Bonus Spins and Speed Vouchers will be credited on a game chosen by Cobalt Kings and will vary each week.
    • Games Bonus from Bonus Spins and Speed Vouchers Wagering Requirements: You must wager 80x the amount of the games bonus funds converted from points to fulfil the wagering requirement. Once completed, the relevant winnings will be transferred to your real money bankroll capped at 100 plus the initial bonus amount received. Until the wagering requirement is met; winnings from games bonus will credit the games bonus balance. Only wagers made using games bonus funds will count towards the wagering requirements.
    • Instant Games wagering contributions vary by game as follows: Hi-Lo, Roulette, LiveRoulette, Blackjack, LiveBlackjack, and Video Poker: 0% contribution. Slots, PJPSlots, Arcade, ScratchCards, and Keno: 100% contribution.

    Netent Spins

    • Free Netent Spins winnings are not capped.
    • Free Netent Spins are credited on multiple Netent games selected by Cobalt Kings and will vary each week.
    • Games Bonus won from Free Netent Spins Wagering Requirements: You must wager 99x the amount of the games bonus funds converted from points to fulfil the wagering requirement. Once completed, the relevant winnings will be transferred to your real money bankroll capped at 100 plus the initial bonus amount received. Until the wagering requirement is met; winnings from games bonus will credit to the games bonus balance. Only wagers made using games bonus funds will count towards the wagering requirements.

    Jackpot Spins

    • Jackpot Spins do not generate wins other than Jackpot wins. Wins accumulated with Jackpot Spins will not be credited, unless you hit the Jackpot. Funds won from jackpot winnings will be paid in real money.

    Games Bonus

    • Games Bonus from Deposit Wagering Requirements: You must wager 50x the total amount of your games bonus to fulfil the wagering requirement. Once completed, the relevant winnings will be transferred to your real money bankroll capped at 100 plus the initial bonus amount received. Until the wagering requirement is met; winnings from games bonus wagers will credit the games bonus balance.
    • Only wagers made using games bonus funds will count towards the wagering requirements.

    Tangible Prizes

    • Winners of tangible prizes are required to provide consent for the prize to be sent to the registered address on the account by emailing promotions@cobaltkings.com. Tangible prizes will be sent out within 21 days of the winner confirming address details and consent. Cobalt Kings takes no responsibility for prizes being undelivered due to incorrect address details.
    • Winners of tangible prizes have 30 days to claim their prize and provide consent.

    Withdrawal Terms

    • If you request a withdrawal from your real money bankroll before using all free spins vouchers, or, before fulfilling pending bonus wagering requirements; you will lose all bonus funds, and any remaining vouchers.
    • When wagering, real money funds will always be used before bonus funds.
    • Withdrawing Funds: The amount you are able to withdraw from your account is subject to a minimum of 5. If your withdrawal request is for less than 5, the amount you have requested to withdraw will be returned to your Bankroll.
    • We reserve the right to deny bonuses, if you were found taking advantage of our bonus offers or any other deceitful activity cross the sites operated by the Company.
